OBJECTIVE

Are you passionate about optimizing service management process flows and directly impacting our customer’s success? As a part of our fast-growing team of razor sharp thinkers, you will be responsible for the operations and support of full software system and over time grow a team to deliver excellent customer service for corporate B2B customers.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support and monitor the onboarding of new projects to ensure client’s expectations are met.
• Suggest and implement operations and other process improvements.
• Perform day to day software logs checking, identify and forward potential issues/bugs to software development team for execution.
• Perform day to day case management system checking, identify new requests/cases from customer, follow-up and verify that requirements are clear and forward development team for execution.
• Handle emergency case requests from customers by phone calls.
• Perform Software high level testing and write test cases to make sure that system functions as suppose to.
• Work closely with clients to identify business requirements. Make sure that solution design is described correctly and met business needs, before software implementation.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Service minded and always ready to take the extra mile for the customer
• Familiarity with creating specs and wireframes for software projects
• Comfortable with self-organization, prioritization and multi-tasking in a dynamic environment
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of the SDLC and full-cycle software project management
• Basic technical knowledge and familiarity with programming is a plus
• Basic knowledge about Field Service Management (FSM) systems is a plus.

EXPERIENCE

Candidate should have an experience (but not necessarily long) in full-cycle software project management area.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field, Master’s degree preferred.

   CRM Architects in BeverCRM work as part of a joint team and lead CRM solutions from launching the project to its full completion and putting it into life.

You will be responsible for helping our clients re-engineer their existing processes, designing solutions that support those processes and leading your team to deliver a High-end solutions  that exceeds the customer's expectations.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct discovery meetings with clients to determine project scope
• Lead design sessions with clients to ensure their business problems are addressed and their strategic goals are met
• Create and manage project timelines and manage budget, scope and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Develop detailed documentation including design specifications and knowledge transfer documents
• Configure and customize  Microsoft Dynamics 365  using web-based administration tools (form layout, workflow design, view creation, etc.)   (This will be studied in our team)
• Develop a training plan and train end-users

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's/ Master's Degree  in Business/ IT / Management Systems
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technology or business process consulting, system design, or software implementation as a project manager or consultant
  
• Experience managing project delivery teams
  
• Experience building relationships at senior levels within your client's organization
  
• Familiarity with relational database concepts
  
• Self-starter and be able to handle multiple projects, tasks and priorities concurrently
  
• Must have excellent communication, leadership and client development skills
• Knowledge of English (speaking, understanding of technical and business content)
